1. About PatternDesk
PatternDesk is a SaaS billing and operations platform for garments pattern CAD centres. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts & trial
Self-signup may include a free trial as shown at registration. You must provide accurate centre, mobile, and email details. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
3. Subscriptions & billing
After the trial, continued use may require an active paid plan. Fees, plan features, and renewal periods are as communicated in the admin/centre billing flow. Failure to renew may lock or limit access until payment is completed.
4. Acceptable use
You may use PatternDesk only for lawful business purposes related to your CAD centre. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
5. Data you enter
Client, bill, challan, and centre data you enter remains your business responsibility. You confirm you have the right to store and process that information in PatternDesk.
6. Service availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or downtime.

8. Changes
